Our family relocated here from Georgia. We needed to find a home quickly so we could get the grandchildren enrolled in school. We had been looking online for a home. We found the perfect home for us and it was listed by Robin. When we got to town we contacted Robin immediately and we are so glad we did. She acted as the realtor for both us and the seller and did a tremendous job. She managed to get us into our home as renters right away as we were working on our loan. In addition, she had also negotiated a lease/purchase in case there was an issue with getting a loan. Luckily with her vast knowledge and her resources, we closed on our home without any issues.
