We recently bought a $900,000 house in Summerlin with the help of Robin. She has been a resident of LV for a long time and had a great knowledge of the area. For instance, I saw a house in Kingsridge that looked interesting but she warned me of the troubles that community was having with a golf course. Information we never would have figured out on our own and a newer agent might not have known. She was always willing to show us any house we wanted to see, without ever complaining, and was expedient so we didn't miss out. The process went really smoothly and we actually got into the house of our choice in 1 month, including a mortgage. The mortgage person was pretty lax and Robin was on top of her, making sure everything was going to close on time. Any negotiations we had with the current owners went very smoothly and I feel we got a really great deal on the price and in the negotiations after the inspection. Lastly, I want to add that Robin is a really nice person. She is humble and kind, not like some of the slick agents we met along the way. We highly recommend her services.
