Debbie was born and raised in San Diego California where her mother was a property manager. She was introduced to the pleasure of helping people find homes at a very young age. Following in her mother’s footsteps, Debbie started her career in property management as a leasing agent in 1997 after moving to Las Vegas and shortly after obtained her Nevada real estate license. Debbie has a passion for the city of Las Vegas and Nevada as a whole. She was attracted to live in this beautiful state by the energy of the Las Vegas strip and the quiet in the many mountains and lakes that surround it. An avid kayaker, hiker and biker she loves to explore and experience all that Nevada has to offer.

Debbie advanced in her career quickly and is now a community manager accredited through the Institute of Real Estate Management IREM as an accredited resident manager or ARM. She has managed multi-family communities for clients all over the valley reaching over 1100 units in one community and leading a team as large as 20. Successfully meeting and exceeding the client’s goals along with their business plans and increasing value to each asset by being proactive and detail oriented. Increasing amenities and adding technology that drives occupancy rates today.

Debbie is able to build strong relationships with all involved in each project including and most importantly the residents. Marketing the community and resident events have been the fun stuff that
turns out to be the building blocks to communication and social interaction. All in which creates a safe place to live, thrive and settle into a home. In her management capacity, Debbie has had the pleasure to mentor and lead others in this profession in which she says “she’s very proud to be part of” It has given her the opportunity to help thousands find a home. Many coming from out of state who rent from her sight unseen! She builds trust and follows through. She feels that being a person with commitment and keeping her word is key. Removing the stress for her residents by being organized and clear in her communication during the entire process from application to the day they pick up keys all the way through the entire lease term. It makes all the difference.

Debbie has been married for 20 years to her husband Doug who is a Journeyman union electrician that installs and repairs electronic signs on the Las Vegas strip. Along with enjoying time together they also work to give back to the community in which they call home by getting involved in events that are close their heart. One event they participate in is for Multiple Sclerosis - Walk MS. This event is held each year at Sunset Park in Henderson and they have been actively involved since their nephew was diagnosed in 2009. Raising funds and volunteering they feel is fun all while supporting a great cause.

Doug and Debbie have 3 pups and 4 grown children and 6 grandchildren. Family is important to them
and they enjoy making memories in this beautiful state.
