Thomas has held a real estate license in Nevada and California for over 30 years. He has a Nevada broker’s license, property management permit, and business brokerage permit. Thomas worked for several multi-family developers and property management companies, specializing in apartment communities from 100-600 units. He earned a CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation from IREM, (Institute of Real Estate Management). Thomas was the Las Vegas IREM chapter president in 2003.

Thomas also has 19 years of experience in business ownership and operations. He and his wife owned three 7-Eleven stores in southern Nevada, and a café in Henderson.

Thomas is an active member in the Boulder City Sunrise Rotary club and was a SCORE mentor in the Las Vegas chapter. Thomas has an AA degree in Business Administration.

Thomas is currently with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services focusing on Commercial and income property transactions.
